The "Themes" tab is not visible after the changes have been made in the registry.

First, click the 'Start' button and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\], right-click in the open area and create a new DWORD value "NoThemesTab".
Third, right-click on the "NoThemesTab" DWORD value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "1" in the 'Value Data' field and click on 'OK'.
