Enable Windows & Buttons in Appearance Tab in Display Properties (Default).reg
The '.reg' file will enable the style 'Windows and Buttons' for your desktop theme.

Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
'Windows and Buttons' box is restricted for 'Desktop Themes'.
'Windows and Buttons' box is enabled for 'Desktop Themes' by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\] and create a new key as "System".
Create a new 'DWORD value' as " NoVisualStyle Choice ".
Right Click on "NoVisualStyleChoice" and select 'Modify'.
Fianlly, set the value data as "1" and click 'OK'.
