Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
'Themes' and 'Appearance' tabs are hidden from the 'Display Properties' dialog box.
'Themes' and 'Appearance' tabs are visible in the 'Display Properties' by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\] and create a new key as "System".
Create a new 'DWORD value' as " NoDispAppearancePage ".
Right-click on "NoDispAppearancePage" and select 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as "1" and click 'OK'.
