'Settings' tab is hidden from the 'Display Properties' dialog box.
'Settings' tab is visible in the 'Display Properties' by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Next, go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\] and create a new DWORD value as "NoDispSettingsPage".
Then, right-click on "NoDispSettingsPage" and select 'Modify'.
Finally, enter "1" in the textbox and click 'OK'.
