Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
Access to "Users" system icon is restricted.
Access to "Users" system icon is available by default.
'User Profiles' is hidden from 'Password Properties' in 'Control Panel'.
'User Profiles' is visible by default in 'Password Properties' in the 'Control Panel'.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\] and create a new key as "System".
Create a new DWORD value as "NoProfilePage".
Right Click on "NoProfilePage" and select 'Modify'.
Finally, set the value data as "1" and click 'OK'.
