Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
‘Change or Remove Program’ is disabled under the ‘Add or Remove Program’.
‘Change or Remove Program’ is enabled by default under the ‘Add or Remove Program’.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies \], key and create a new key with the name "Uninstall" under "Policies".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoRemovePage" in "Uninstall" key.
Next, right-click on "NoRemovePage" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" (Base Hexadecimal) without quotation in the text box and click on 'OK'.Once you are done. Exit from registry. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
