Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
'Change Passwords' option is hidden from 'Password Properties' in 'Control Panel'.
'Change Passwords' option is visible by default in 'Password Properties' in the 'Control Panel'.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\] and create a new key as "System".
Create a new 'DWORD value' as "NoPwdPage".
Right Click on "NoPwdPage" and select 'Modify'.
Finally, set the value data as "1" and click 'OK'. Once you are done follow the same steps at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE registry path.
