Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
‘Add programs from Microsoft ’ is disabled under the ‘Add or Remove Programs’ tab.
‘Add programs from Microsoft ’ is enabled under the ‘Add or Remove Programs’ tab by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies \], key and create a new key with the name "Uninstall" under "Policies".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoAddFromInternet" in "Uninstall" key.
Next, right-click on "NoAddFromInternet" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" (Base Hexadecimal) without quotation in the text box and click on 'OK'.Once you are done. Exit from registry. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
