Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
'Device Manager' tab is hidden from the 'System Properties' dialog box.
'Device Manager' is visible by default in the 'System Properties' dialog box
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\] and create a new key as "System".
Create a new 'DWORD value' as "NoDevMgrPage".
Right Click on "NoDevMgrPage" and select 'Modify'.
Finally, set the value data as "1" and click 'OK'.
