First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\] key and create a new subkey with the name "Explorer" under "Policies".
Third, right-click in the open area to create a new DWORD value "NoDeletePrinter".
Fourth, right-click on the "NoDeletePrinter" DWORD value and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
