Preview open windows in “Flip 3D”.

Preview all of your open windows on the taskbar with “Flip 3D”.

Tweak for : Windows Vista
With Windows “Flip 3D”, you can quickly preview all of your open windows on the taskbar. “Flip 3D” displays your open windows in a stack. Flip through the stack to show all open windows. You can click on “Switch between windows” button in Quick Launch section to open “Flip 3D”. Alternatively, press the Windows logo key + TAB key combination to open “Flip 3D”. While holding down the Windows logo key, press TAB repeatedly or rotate the mouse wheel to cycle through open windows.

Conversely, if none of these options function on your system, you can create a shortcut to Flip 3D to access this feature, following the steps below:

1. Right-click on Desktop and select New > Shortcut.
2. Type in “%windir%\System32\rundll32.exe DwmApi #105” to define the location and click “Next”.
3. Write “Flip 3D” in the name field.
4. Finally, click “Finish”.

Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.

All the open windows on the taskbar can be viewed with 'Flip 3D'.

Default privew of all the open windows on the taskbar is visible.

Disable the Active Desktop from Display Properties dialog (For Current User).

Category : Display > Desktop

This setting removes the options from Desktop, where you can make changes to the “Active Desktop” settings.

Set restrictions to change the desktop wallpaper.

Category : Display > Desktop

This setting enables you to apply wallpaper restrictions for the desktop. You can either prevent changing wallpapers entirely or can only show Bitmap (.BMP) images as wallpaper on the desktop.

Restrict toolbar manipulation on Taskbar (For Current User).

Category : Display > Desktop

This setting can disable adding, removing or moving the toolbars on the Taskbar.

Disable Windows Welcome Center.

Category : Display > Desktop

This setting can disable the display of Welcome Center screen, when you log on to Windows.

Prevent changes to “Active Desktop” settings (For All Users).

Category : Display > Desktop

This setting removes the options from Desktop, where you can make changes to the “Active Desktop” settings.
