The "Active Desktop" option from 'Settings' in the Start menu is visible.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\] key, right-click in the open area to create a new DWORD value with the name "NoSetActiveDesktop".
Third, right-click on the "NoSetActiveDesktop" DWORD value and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
