Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
Changes are ristricted in the existing toolbars so no modifications like adding or removing toolbars can be done.
Changes can be made by default in the existing toolbars.
Locks the Taskbar even in case the option to lock is unchecked.
'Lock the Taskbar' option is in the default state.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\], key and create a new key with the name "Explorer" under "Policies".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoCloseDragDropBands " in "Explorer" key.
Next, right-click on "NoCloseDragDropBands " and click on 'Modify'.
Enter the value User "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoMovingBands" in "Explorer" key.
Next, right-click on "NoMovingBands" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value User "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
