The '.reg' file will turn off the "Publish to Web" option for files and folders.
Turn on the Publish to Web task for files and folders (Default).reg
The '.reg' file will turn on the "Publish to Web" task for files and folders.

Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
‘Publish to Web’ task for files and folders is turned off.
‘Publish to Web’ task for files and folders is enabled by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.
Second, go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\] and create a new key 'Explorer'.
Third, create a DWORD value 'NoPublishingWizard' under the key 'Explorer'.
Next, right click on the DWORD value 'NoPublishingWizard' and select 'Modify'.
Finally, set the value data as '1' to turn off the “Publish to Web” task for files and folders and click 'OK'.
