‘Open With’ dialog box is called on opening the unknown file extensions.
Web Service dialog box is enabled by default with unknown file extension.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion Policies\Explorer\],right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoInternetOpenWith" in "Explorer" key.
Next, right-click on "NoInternetOpenWith" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" (Base Hexadecimal) in the text box and click on 'OK'. Once you are done, follow the above steps to create similar registry keys and DWORD value at [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\].
