First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\] key, right-click in the open area to create a new DWORD value with the name "NoPropertiesMyComputer".
Third, right-click on the "NoPropertiesMyComputer" DWORD value and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
