Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
Selected icons from ‘Internet Explorer’ are visible on the ‘Desktop’.
Default icon of ‘Internet Explorer’ is visible on the ‘Desktop’.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion \Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\], key and create a new key with the name "{FF393560-C2A7-11CF-BFF4-444553540000}" under "NameSpace".
After addding the subkey the editor may look as below.
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion \Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\], key and create a new key with the name "{7BD29E00-76C1-11CF-9DD0-00A0C9034933}" under "NameSpace".
