The smoothing of font is enabled after the changes have been made in the registry.
The smoothing of font is disabled.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\] key, right-click on the "FontSmoothing" String value and click on "Modify".
Third, enter the value "2" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
Fourth, right-click on the "FontSmoothingType" DWORD value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
