Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
All icons are hidden from the Desktop.
All the icons are visible on the Desktop by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion Policies\Explorer\],right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoDesktop" in "Explorer" key.
Next, right-click on "NoDesktop" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
