Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
'Password Dialoge' box is restricted in the 'Control Panel'.
'Password Dialoge' box is enabled in the 'Control Panel' by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\] and create a new key as "System".
Now create a new 'DWORD value' as "NoSecCPL".
Right Click on "NoSecCPL" and select 'Modify'.
Finally keep the value data as 1 and click 'OK'.
