'My Document' icon is hidden from the 'Desktop'.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\NewStartPanel\] and right-click on the DWORD value '{450D8FBA-AD25-11D0-98A8-0800361B1103}' and select 'Modify'.
Finally, set the 'Value Data' to '1' in the textbox provided and click on 'OK'.
