Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
The name of the "Control Panel" can be changed to any other name such as 'New Control Panel Name' after the changes have been made in the registry.
The name of the "Control Panel" is set to default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}\] key, right-click on the right pane and click on "New > Expandable String Value" to create a new Expandable String value with the name "LocalizedString".
Third, right-click on the 'LocalizedString' Expandable String value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the name you want to appear in the text box provided and click on 'OK'.
