Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
Free space under under the ‘Run’ option on the new Start menu is utilized.
No utilization of free space under ‘Run’ on the new Start menu by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{2559a1f6-21d7-11d4-bdaf- 00c04f60b9f0}\],right-click on "(Default)" and click on 'Modify'.
Enter the name you want to show in new Start menu.
Go to [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{2559a1f6-21d7-11d4-bdaf- 00c04f60b9f0}\Instance\InitPropertyBag\],right-click on "Command" and click on 'Modify'.
Enter the command that you want to execute on the new Start menu like "http://www.google.com".
Go to [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{2559a1f6-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}\Instance\InitPropertyBag\], right-click on "param1" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the same command given above that you want to execute on the new Start menu like "http://www.google.com".
