Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
Cascaded 'Control Panel' items inside the Start menu.
No cascading is applied on Control Panel items inside the Start menu.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\] , right-click in the open area to create a String Value with the name "CascadeControlPanel" in "Advanced" key.
Next, right-click on "CascadeControlPanel" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value User "Yes" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
