Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
First, click the 'Start' button and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\], right-click on the Expandable String value "Programs" and click on "Modify".
Now set a user defined value data and click 'OK'.
Fourth, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\], right-click on the String value "Programs" and click on "Modify".
Finslly set another user defined value data to set new location for program folder and click 'OK'.
