'All Programs' option is removed from the Start menu.
'All Programs' option is visible in the Start menu by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies \Explorer\],right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoStartMenuMorePrograms" in "Explorer" key.
Next, right-click on "NoStartMenuMorePrograms" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" (Base Hexadecimal) in the text box and click on 'OK'.
