The "Adobe Photoshop" option is not visible in the 'Most Frequent List' in the 'Start' menu after the changes have been made in the registry.
The "Adobe Photoshop" option is visible in the 'Most Frequent List' in the 'Start' menu.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Applications\photoshop.exe\] key, right-click in the blank area in the right pane and click on "New > String Value" to create a new String value with the name "NoStartPage".
Finally, the created String value will look like below.
