The "Windows Explorer" option is not visible in the Start menu after the changes have been made in the registry.
The "Windows Explorer" option is visible in the Start menu.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Applications\explorer.exe\] key, right click on the blank side in the right pane and click on "New > String Value".
Finally, the created String value will look like this.
