Start menu folder 'Favorites' is visible.
Start menu folder 'Favorites' is hidden by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\] Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "StartMenuFavorites" in "Advanced" key.
Next, right-click on "StartMenuFavorites" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
