'Pin to Start Menu' option is enabled in the context menu.
'Pin to Start menu' option is not visible by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\], key and create a new key with the name "{a2a9545d-a0c2-42b4-9708- a0b2badd77c8}" under "ContextMenuHandlers".
The added key will look like below.
