‘People in your Address Book’ from find option in Start menu is visible by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\FindExtensions\Static\WabFind\],right-click on "0" Key and click on 'Rename'. and Rename this key to "0X". Once you are done. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
