Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
'My Computer' item is hidden from the new Start Menu display.
'My Computer' item is visible in the new Start menu by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\] and create a new key as "Advanced".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\] and create a new 'DWORD value' as "Start_ShowMyComputer".
Right Click on "Start_ShowMyComputer " and select 'Modify'.
Finally, set the value data as "0" and click 'OK' to hide 'My Computer' icon from the new Start Menu.
