Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
"Services" item in 'My Computer' right-click menu is added, which can call Windows services.
"Services" item in 'My Computer' right-click menu is not present.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\] and create a new key "Services".
Third, right-click on "Default" and select 'Modify'.
Set the Value Data as “Services”in the textbox provided and click on 'OK'.
Now, create another sub key under "Services" as "command".
Further, right-click on "Default" and select 'Modify'.
Set the Value Data as “C:\Windows\system32\mmc.exe /s C:\Windows\system32\services.msc /s” (where C: is your default drive)in the textbox provided and click on 'OK'.
