Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
The "JPEG Image" item is added in the "New" menu item that appears on the context menu of the desktop.
Default options are available with the "New" menu item.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\(file extension) key, righ-click and click on "New > Key" to create a new key with the name "shellnew" on the file extension of your choice.
Third, right-click on the blank area in the right pane and click on "New > String Value" to create a new String value with the name "NullFile".
The created String value "NullFile" should not have any value.
