Add or remove options from “Send To” context menu item.

This setting enables you to add or remove options from “Send To” context menu item of a file or folder.

Tweak for : Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2000, Windows Vista

Description:

The “Send To” context menu item can copy a file or folder to any of the destinations available with the item. Sometimes, you may require different destination which you use frequently and remove the existing ones. Through this setting you can add or remove the pre-defined options.

For this, go to Start > Run menu, enter “regedit” and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, double-click on the string value “SendTo” to copy the contents of the Value data field from the dialog.

In the second step, open your Windows Explorer and paste the “SendTo” folder path in the address bar. To add new destination, copy the destination folder (for eg. My Pictures) in the “SendTo” directory. On the contrary, to remove an existing (for eg. Mail Recipient), delete it from the directory.

The changes take effect after a restart or logoff.

We can display or hide the options in 'Send To' bar using this setting.

‘Mail Recepient’ option is visible in ‘Send To' bar by default.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\],in the open area right-click on "InfoTip" and click on 'Modify'. and Copy the Value Data.
