Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
New border width set for display window.
Window border width is set to default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics\] , right-click on "BorderWidth" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the width in the desired pixel size and click on 'OK'.
