First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM\] and create a new DWORD value as 'ColorizationOpaqueBlend'.
Next, right click on the DWORD value 'ColorizationOpaqueBlend' and select 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as '1' and click 'OK' to disable the new transparency effect.
