Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
"Manage" item is hidden when right clicking the 'My Computer' icon.
"Manage" item is visible on right clicking the 'My Computer' Icon.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\] and create a new DWORD value "NoManageMyComputerVerb" under "Explorer" key.
Third, right-click on "NoManageMyComputerVerb" and select 'Modify'.
Finally, set the 'Value Data' as "1" in the text box and click on 'OK' to hide "Manage" item in the context menu of 'My Computer' and 'Windows Explorer'.
