Set blinking rate of selection cursor.

This setting enables you to set the blinking rate of the selection cursor.

Tweak for : Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2000, Windows Vista

Description:

This setting enables you to set the blinking rate of the selection cursor.

For this, go to Start > Run menu, enter “regedit” and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, right-click and modify the String value “CursorBlinkRate” to change the time between cursor blinks in milliseconds (for eg. “500”).

The changes take effect after a restart or logoff.

Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\] , right-click on "CursorBlinkRate" and click on 'Modify'.

Finally, enter the time interval between cursor blinks in the text box and click on 'OK'.
