Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Then, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse\], right-click on "DoubleClickSpeed" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter your desired value in 'Value Data' field, for example "700", in the text box provided and click on 'OK'.
