The option "For Files or Folders" is visible in the Search option in the Start menu.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Finally, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\FindExtensions\Static\ShellSearch\0] key, right-click to rename it to "0x".
