First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center] key, right-click on the 'AntiVirusDisableNotify' DWORD value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
