Don't clear temporary files on Browser Close (Default).reg
The '.reg' file will not empty Temporary Internet Files on Exit.

Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
Stored ‘Temporary Internet Files’ are removed.
Stored ‘Temporary Internet Files’ are present by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Cache\],right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "Persistent" in "Cache" key.
Next, right-click on "Persistent" and click on 'Modify'.
Enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
In order to make changes to all users accounts, goto [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Cache\], right-click on "Persistent" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "01 00 00 00" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
