The option to enter a domain name or to log on using a dial-up connection is visible by default after the changes have been made in the registry.
The option to enter a domain name or to log on using a dial up connection is not visible.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\] key, right-click on the "ShowLogonOptions" DWORD value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
