'Active content from CDs to run on My Computer' is allowed.
'Active content from CDs to run on My Computer' is not allowed by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.
Next, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_LOCALMACHINE_LOCKDOWN\Settings\] and right click on the DWORD value 'LOCALMACHINE_CD_UNLOCK' and select 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as '1' to allow active content from CDs to run on user machines and click 'OK'.
