Window title and Page title make the title of the Internet Explorer window. By Default, Microsoft displays “Microsoft Internet Explorer” as the Internet Explorer window title. You can replace this window title with the text that you want to display. To add a new title, make changes in the registry.

For this, go to Start > Run, enter “regedit” and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a string value “Window Title” in “Main” subkey, if this value does not exist. Now, double-click on “Window Title”, to write the new title name in Value Data field. However, to get back to the default title name, delete the “Window Title” value name from the registry.
