Disable Floating Toolbar in Internet Explorer.

This tweak enable or disables the floating toolbar that appears in Internet Explorer allowing an image to be Saved, E-mailed, or Printed.

Tweak for : Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2000

Description:

When an image is displayed by Internet Explorer a floating toolbar is shown. That toolbar allows you to Save, Print, E-mail or Open the My Pictures folder. By using this tweak you are able to hide the toolbar.

For this, go to Start > Run menu, enter “regedit” and navigate to the registry path listed below. If any of the subkeys “\Internet Explorer\PhotoSupport” does not exist, create it as explained below. Then, create a Dword value “MyPics_Hoverbar” in the right panel.

Now, right-click and modify the value to "0" to disable the floating toolbar. However, if you want to get back to the original state and enable toolbar, change the value to "1".

The changes take effect after a restart or logoff.

NOTE:
This setting requires Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater.

The "Floating Toolbar" that appears in Internet Explorer allowing an image to be Saved, E-mailed, or Printed can be disabled.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Second, go to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\] key, right-click and click on "New > Key" to create a new key with the name "Internet Explorer".

Third, right-click on the 'Internet Explorer' key and click on "New > Key" to create a new key with the name "PhotoSupport".

Fourth, right-click on the blank area in the right-pane and click on "New > DWORD Value" to create a new DWORD value with the name "MyPics_Hoverbar".

Fifth, right-click on the 'MyPics_Hoverbar' DWORD value and click on "Modify".

Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
