Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
Option to 'Play Animation in Web Pages' is disabled.
Option to 'Play Animation in Web Pages' is enabled by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.
Next, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\] and right click on the String value 'Play_Animations' and select 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as 'no' and click 'OK'.
