The "File -> New" submenu is removed from Internet Explorer.
The "File -> New" submenu is visible by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\], right-click in the open area to create a new DWORD value "NoExpandedNewMenu".
Third, right-click on the 'NoExpandedNewMenu DWORD value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text-box and click on 'OK'.
