The "Auto Complete" feature of Windows appends the suggested text to words after the changes have been made in the registry.
The "Auto Complete" feature of Windows does not append the suggested text to words.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AutoComplete\] key, right-click on the blank area in the right pane and click on "New > String Value" to create a new String value with the name "Append Completion".
Third, right-click on the 'Append Completion' String value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "Yes" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
